Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with the received item, you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item is unused and unworn;
The item is free of stains, odors, and human-caused damage;
The item retains its original packaging, tags, and accessories;
The item does not affect resale;
Valid order information or proof of purchase is provided.
We reserve the right to refuse return requests for used, washed, altered, damaged, or items that affect resale.
Items with Quality Issues
If the received item has manufacturing defects, is incorrectly shipped, or is damaged during transportation, please contact us promptly after receiving the item and provide the order number and relevant photos as proof. After verification, we will provide replacement, reshipment, or full refund services based on the actual situation.
Exotonica.shop will bear the return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues. Returns for Non-Quality Issues
For orders returned due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, dislike of style, change of purchase intention, etc.), the goods must meet the return conditions.
Return shipping costs for non-quality issues are borne by the customer, and the original shipping cost (if any) is usually non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
Items past the return period;
Items that have been worn, used, or washed;
Items damaged by the customer;
Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories;

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the review result via email.
If the return request is approved:
The refund will be processed using the original payment method;
The refund amount will be the actual amount paid for the eligible goods;
Banks or payment institutions may require additional processing time for refunds.
Normally, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment institution.
